LDP bug-tracker

	It seems a sensible addition for the LDP to have a bug-tracker in
the same way as any other major Open Source project.  Is anyone willing to
arrange such a thing?  It can quite easily be set up in such a way as it
runs itself and I am sure someone would host it even if linuxdoc could
not.
