Normally c.o.l.a is .announce and that is probably what he is
thinking of. We want to announce NEW HOWTOs and UPDATES to
cola but c.o.l.answers is for regular broadcasts.

Also the c.o.l.answers is moderated, here is an old heading:

which is different from linux-announce@news.ornl.gov (Mikko Rauhala).
Incidentally I noticed a few old postings in .answers without the
approved line. I am not entirely sure about the status of that group.
