I'd also add I feel this is more functional than before. Also
the merging of the HOWTO and mini-HOWTO list is an improvement.

Just one very minor bug resulted: on page
	http://www.linuxdoc.org/docs.html#howto
under subsection mini-HOWTO entry 3 "HTML (index)" now points
to the wrong part of the index and I am not sure if that can
be fixed easily without making a second index. Or do we have
to keep the HOWTO and mini-HOWTO distiction here still?
